Product Disclaimer (Organic & Natural)
All our products (Grains, Pulses, Spices, Ghee, etc.) are natural and organic. Since we do not use chemical processing, there may be slight variations in the color, size, or texture of the products in different batches. This is a sign of natural purity, not a defect.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Goraj Prakrutik Mart, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality organic products. However, given the nature of food products, our policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We accept returns or process refunds ONLY under the following circumstances:
Damaged Product: If the package or product is received in a damaged condition.
Expired Product: If the product received has passed its expiry date.
Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
(Note: Returns are not accepted based on personal taste preferences for food items.)
Time Frame for Reporting
If you encounter any of the above issues, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Refund Process
Please take a clear photo/video of the issue (damaged or wrong product).
Send the details to us via WhatsApp or Email.
Upon verification, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit within 5-7 business days.

Prices listed on the website are subject to change based on market rates. Once an order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that specific order. We use secure payment gateways for all transactions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat.
